Q: How old do you have to be to play?
A: Our minimum age is 7 years old (we can run 6 years old if you're turning 7 that school year).
Q: How far in advance of my intended date must I book?
A: We usually ask that you phone and book as early as possible. We can get booked up very quickly, especially if you want a specific time slot. However this is not always the case, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but booking early does help avoid disappointment.
Q: How many people do we need to play?
A: 1 or more players, 10 or more if we have not got any games on.
Q: Is there a deposit I need to pay?
A: We ask that a £10 per head deposit is paid at least 2 - 3 weeks before the date of play. However, that is not always possible if you have only booked in a few days before your event its not a problem, we can be flexible in most cases. We accept deposit payment over the phone via all major credit/debit cards, by cheque (at least one week before the date of play) and cash can also be paid in advance.
Q: What should I wear to play
A: Most people use a set of our camouflage overalls these are worn over the clothes you came in, they should keep your clothes fairly clean, but to make sure that you are comfortable during the day we suggest you wear either older tracksuit bottoms or jeans. The most important thing is footwear; boots or old trainers with good laces are ideal.
Q: What are the games like?
A: We have a variety of different gaming fields (have a look at our scenarios page) and each has it own different missions and objectives, most games last for 10-15 minutes and vary in objectives; such as team elimination, tank commander, capture the flag and many more. We do like to mix up our missions and are open to any suggestions! For more details of each different game, please visit the Scenarios Page
Q: What fields do you have?
A: Check out our Scenarios Page: We have tanks, helicopters, planes and much more on our site. Tell your marshals on the day if you have any favourites that you don't want to miss!
Q: How much does it cost?
A: £25 per child for 2 hours and £30 per adult playing if you have less than 10 players, or if you have 10+ children we offer a party special bringing the price down to £22.99 per child (adult price remains the same). We also do 3 hour sessions for £35 per person providing you have 10 or more players attending the event.

Q: Does it hurt?
A: Absolutley not, Laser Mayhem is fun, safe and completely painless. The guns use infra-red so are 100% eye safe.
Q: What time should we arrive on the day that we are playing?
A: At least 20 minutes before your session starts
Q: What time does it usually finish/How long does it take?
A: Sessions are usually 2 hours and you can have a table in our conference room for 30 minutes after the session, should you wish to do so to have any food you brought or any pizzas you ordered though us on arrival.
Q: Do you serve food?
A: You can either bring your own food, or we can get pizzas in from Domino's. Pizzas start at £11.99 and we usually recommend 1 large pizza between 3-4 children.
Q: Do you currently have any job opportunities?
A: We are always looking to expand our team with new members of staff, either for field work as a marshal or in the shop. We ask that all applicants be 16 or over and just send us an email (with a CV attached) explaining why you'd like to join our team.
