what's involved in a day at mayhem paintball

Lots of people email or phone us knowing very little about playing laser tag, except that they want to give it a go. For all of you that have no idea what will happen at a day at Laser Mayhem, here is a Session format.

Arrive 15 minutes before your session starts.
Help yourself to free tea and coffee while you sign in.
Collect you combat suit.
Main introductory talk and gaming explanation
Get guns!
Everyone is divided into their respective teams and given armbands
Go to first playing zone The Urban with the cars barns busses.
Receive mission briefing, including objectives and strategies
Play 1 game on that field (usually lasting about 15 minutes)
Teams swap ends and play the same field again (about 15 minutes)
After these 2 games, teams go back to the conference room for a short break and refreshments.
Go to second playing field Tank convoy and play 2 more games with new scenarios like capture the tank.
We will have another short break and play another couple of games.
If it’s a birthday party you can use the conference room for half an hour after we have finished.

Many people ask us what they should bring, this is what we recommend:

A pair of comfortable shoes; trainers are good but boots with ankle support are better.
Overalls will be provided but bring a few layers of clothing (Just in case you get dirty and want to change later on in the day before you go home).
We have showers that all of our customers can use, feel free to bring a change of clothes and a towel.

	How old must you be to play? Laser tag is a fun sport that can be enjoyed from 8 years old and up, at laser mayhem we cater for parties as well as special occasions. We have 12 exciting areas which to play laser games. We have laser guns for all ages small machine laser guns for kids and sniper assault rifles teenagers with big sniper rifles adults as well. We also have a conference room on site which can be used for 30 minutes after if you want to have a birthday cake and some food.

	When should I book? We usually ask that you phone at least 2 weeks prior to when you want to play, however this is not a strict rule. If there is space and you want to play the very next day, we will always try to accommodate you but booking early does help avoid disappointment.
